Hiren’s hospitality journey began in his childhood, assisting his parents in managing their independent motel. By the age of 16, he was already running operations. Despite his early exposure to hospitality, Hiren initially pursued Electrical Engineering at the University of Texas at Dallas. However, his strong aptitude for numbers led him to switch to Finance and Accounting.

While still in college, Hiren secured a position as an investment banker at JP Morgan. However, the 2008 financial crisis resulted in his layoff. This pivotal moment prompted Hiren to draw on his extensive hands-on experience, taking a dual path as CFO of Which Wich and co-founding Stonewood Hotels with his cousin Peter.

In 2010, recognizing the limitations of corporate roles, Hiren decided to leave his CFO position to fully focus on growing Stonewood Hotels into a premier hospitality enterprise and embracing his entrepreneurial ambitions.

By 2024, after achieving significant personal and professional success, Hiren sought to create a platform that would empower others to build generational wealth and achieve their goals. With shared aspirations, he partnered with Peter and Mayur to establish ThriveRock.

Peter and his parents migrated to the United States in 1990, settling in Augusta, Arkansas, where Peter was first introduced to the hotel business. At just 15 years old, he began learning hotel management from his uncle.

In 1998, driven by a strong desire to own his own business, Peter undertook his first hotel development project: a 42-room economy hotel in Garland, Texas. This successful venture quickly paved the way for him to develop a second hotel soon after.

In 2008, Peter and his cousin Hiren co-founded Stonewood Hotels, combining their determination and expertise to elevate their entrepreneurial potential.

By 2024, Peter, with a focus on building a legacy for the next generation, set out to create a platform that would empower his children and others to achieve lasting success. He partnered with Hiren and Mayur to establish ThriveRock.

Mayur’s journey in the hospitality industry began early, as he grew up working in his parents’ motel after moving to the U.S. in 1982. Immersed in the business from a young age, Mayur gained experience in all departments, from maintenance and renovations to design and operations. This hands-on exposure fueled his passion for the industry and laid the foundation for his career.

After earning a degree in Computer Science and Finance from the University of Missouri, Mayur took on the responsibility of managing his parents’ motel finances and day-to-day operations. In 2005, he decided to pursue hospitality full-time, founding Marquee Hospitality and transitioning his focus to hotel development and operations.

In 2024, Mayur joined forces with Hiren and Peter to establish ThriveRock, aligning their shared vision of creating a platform to empower future generations to achieve entrepreneurial success and build generational wealth.
